Shipping and Delivery
Are you still shipping packages?
Yes! Due to substantial investments we've made to our shipping service, we're fully operational and your packages will continue to be delivered as scheduled, however please expect a bit delay brought by the inspection and disinfection process done at the sorting center and customs facilities the package will go through.
Are packages safe to receive?
Our Packages are absolutely safe! According to experts from the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control and many others, corona-virus cannot survive on surfaces for more than 3 days, so it cannot survive the journey from our warehouse to your door. We've also taken extreme measures to regularly disinfect our warehouse, equipment's and tools as well as sterilizing every package before it is shipped.

What are you doing to help the community?
We'll be making financial contributions to non-profit organizations to help with relief efforts, and donating protective mask to hospitals, respondents and medical workers. We'll also be sending disinfecting wipes to our brand ambassadors around the country for them to distribute to those in need.
How are you taking care of your employees?
Our employees are just as important to us as our customers, and we are committed to supporting them and their families through this crisis by extending benefits. Every employee will receive protective mask, disinfectant and other sanitation supplies for work from home.
Employees in badly affected region can work from home. Those that must work in the office will be fully protected. For employees who are sick or in need to be quarantined, or if they need to take care of their family, we will offer additional sick leave so they can focus on their recovery.
